Strong independent people

still need a supportive network.

Deepening and Developing Connections Workshop

This workshop first ran in person as part of my therapy practice in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. I couldn't keep up with the demand, so I turned the workshop into the digital masterpiece. So what do these sessions cover?

  • Self-Awareness (part 1) – In this session we'll learn a little more about what's important to you.

  • Self-Awareness (part 2) – In this section we'll learn more about our vulnerabilities, where they came from and how we can create boundaries to protect them.

  • Developing & Deepening Connections – In this section we'll talk about the main components of connection and what you can do to connect with more new people and to deepen your existing relationships.

  • Conflict – in this section I'll talk about why conflict is actually a good thing and I'll show you some skills so you can use conflict to deepen your relationship.

Your community is waiting for you.

The Woman Behind the Workshop

I'm passionate about connection & community. My mission is to help demystify the underlying dynamics of connection and empower people to take the necessary steps to weave the network that will not only support them but also fill their hearts the way only deep connection can.

In my individual therapy practice, I specialize in value alignment, existential questions, decision making, and general coping to increase overall life satisfaction. My goal is to help people better understand the nuances of their situation, identity, and patterns. I use a collaborative approach with clients to increase self-awareness, adjust boundaries, and develop/deepen connections with the important people in their lives.
